We have used the innovation “Person Behind The Business” to introduce a new director to the area who would be visiting local homes on a regular basis to carry out surveys. After only 2 days of visits, our new director was singing the praises of the local community and the friendly reception he was given in every home. “Everyone has read about me in The Edition and asks me questions about myself” he said.
